Assistant Engineer – Mechanical Engineering (Design Release)

- Coordinate with the Engineering Team to create and update engineering drawings as per GD&T and Internal standards

- Work in close association with Engineering Team in creation of BOMs and technical documentation for existing and upcoming products

- Coordinate with the Manufacturing Team to create detailed layouts prior to manufacturing, and assist in creating technical drawings, manufacturing aiding data with respect to DFM within deadlines and utilizing multiple methods to ensure deliverables

- Under supervision, prioritizes workload based on product team requirements / priorities and drives consistency in support across the Mechanical Design Team.

- Coordinate with the Mechanical Design Team to create detailed 3D modelling of parts, sub-assemblies and major assemblies

- Design new systems, equipment and processes for the introduction of new products or for the improvement of existing ones

- Create and verify completeness of SOPs and Manuals for existing and newly developed products in conformance to the standard drafting procedures of applicable specifications

Skill Levels Required

- Advance level (Needs Minimal Supervision) -GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), Interpersonal skills,BOM (Bill of Materials), Technical Report Writing,
