Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Perform high level engineering tasks for product development of ROV and its sub systems in support of company objectives. The task includes:

- Design various underwater ROV systems/sub-systems through an analytical approach to engineering problems. This could also involve R&D studies in some cases.

- Assure product quality by designing testing methods and confirming to existing standards

- Design and develop prototypes, test equipment and experiments towards the development of new products Meticulously document the design processes and test results during the product development

Recommended Skills:

- Prior hands-on experience in the product development projects/prototypes of mechanical systems

- Proficient in 3D modelling software and fundamentals of mechanical engineering design

- Good communication skills and creativity

- Ability to work independently with the required self-motivation

Experience:

Prior experience in robotics/mechanical product development or expertise which can be demonstrated through past experiences with projects/competitions.

Skill Levels Required:

- Advance level (Needs Minimal Supervision) -3D Modelling, Structural Analysis Engineering, Analytical Problem Solving Skills, Engineering Design & Analysis, Rapid Prototyping (Hands on manufacturing experience), Basic Communication Skill, MS Excel
