Role and Responsibilities
- Designing and Planning of Digital Workflows in the Computerized Maintenance Application
- Process Optimization of all maintenance related process through detailed analytical evaluation including gap assessments
- Setting up a complete Inventory Management System by Identifying Top Practices across similar industry
- Maintaining a database for all the Processes including various documents
- Tracking of all critical information through various methodologies pertaining to management of ROV and its Sub Systems
- Forecasting Inventory Requirements in-consultation with all the Internal Stakeholders by applying Lean Principles
- Training Team on the Implemented Processes and Relevant Improvements
- Periodic Collation of all Site Related Information Pertaining to ROV Related Breakdowns and drawing a statistical inference on performance benchmarks
- Supporting upkeep of maintenance portal with the latest updates and customizing it based on identified needs and improvements
