Roles and Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and maintain work stream schedules
  • Providing support with preparing project documentation, process documents and project dashboards
  • Preparing presentations and documentation for external / internal meetings using information collected from Project Manager
  • Prepare reports, presentations and communications to a high standard
  • Maintaining project documentation
  • Taking minutes during meetings and distribute tasks to team members to action if applicable
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with all teams and external companies including key vendors & suppliers
  • Ongoing project monitoring and project tracking across the team
  • Visit sites, office and Workshop to identify the hazard, prepare risk assessment with mitigation plan
  • Maintain and manage training records relate
  • Observing work areas for unsafe conditions and taking appropriate action to correct the issue
  • Preparing workers for emergencies by conducting fire drills and evacuation simulations
  • Training new workers in safety procedures and performing routine inspections to ensure compliance
  • Maintaining a safe work environment by following safety procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Educating employees about safety rules and regulations, equipment usage, and accident prevention techniques
  • Maintaining records of accidents, injuries, and near misses to help prevent future incidents
